My meeting was a sales call. I enjoyed speaking with Dale very much. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained his recommendations so that I fully understood. He promised to have his quote to me tomorrow with an explanation of every line item. I look forward to receiving his numbers. It was a very pleasant experience. Once I receive his quote, I'll decide if I'm going to use Doc Dancer. Update 8/2/23: I did chose Doc Dancer to install my new HVAC system. It was just installed today. I was so impressed with Chris and Jeorge. They were both very professional, kind, and knowledgeable installers. They explained what they were going to do and went to work. They had all the needed. materials with them to do a nice looking install. They cleaned every scrap of mess up and left it looking better than when they arrived. They gave me a walk through of their work when completed and gave me plenty of time for questions. I thoroughly recommend Doc Dancer! Update (8/16/23): Tim Devita came to teach me to use my new Ecobee3 Lite thermostat as well as inspect the installation to ensure it was installed properly. He helped me adjust the thermostat settings so that my A/C is dehumidifing as it should. He took the time to answer my questions and was going to have a manual sent out. He was here 45 minutes to an hour and the humidity is disappearing as I type this review. Tim was on time, very polite, and professional. Service was great!

Doc Dancer replaced my A/C and furnace as they were nearly 20 years old with a new Bryant system. Cost seemed right on as I compared to a family members recent installation through another company, and they showed up right on time and were all really nice and knowledgeable. And they even sent cookies afterwards, thanks for everything Kyle, Tony, and Jacob!

The entire process from quoting, negotiating, sale, and service was excellent with these guys. Nate and Steve were up front, honest, and I didn't feel like I was getting a sales pitch the whole time. The install and service crew were quick, respectful, and did high quality work. I would highly recommend Doc Dancer and I will continue to use them for all service work going forward.

Consistent with all the other reviews … Doc Dancer impresses with legit installation and seems. Dale assessed our aging system and designed several options. He bent over backwards to answer all my questions and provide good honest direction. Installation was professional. Really impressed with the results and the cleanliness of the work areas (inside and outside). Our home is significantly more comfortable. Great experience. Would recommend highly. Integrity and honesty are world class.

Out of six estimates, Doc, by far was the best priced with the best product as well! They didn’t try to oversell me on anything I didn’t need and a service was even better. They managed to fit me in within 48 hours due to no heat being in the house. From Michelle, helping me with the paperwork and Dale’s communication, and the amazing service done by Jason and Nick, I wouldn’t go anywhere else if I ever needed any hvac help!
